hi
i've been very busy writing the new book, so i haven't posted anything at all (nor read other people’s posts). i'm sorry about that. i don’t think i failed to reply to any emails, but if i did, i am sorry for that too.
the book is written, only needs final typo patrol. it will most likely come out next month.
